Yiying serves on the Women In Hydropower Mentorship Training Program Steering Committee. Thank you Yiying for providing this information to our group as well as other women in the hydro industry.

The 2022 - 2023 program survey results are in!
Thank You to those 2022-2023 Women In Hydropower Mentorship Program participants for feedback on the Program. We appreciate the opportunity to celebrate the aspects that participants enjoy about the program and to understand and give more attention to those aspects that we can work to improve. Overall, participants liked the process to register, the Program’s flexibility, the matches, and meeting new women in the industry.
General improvements to the program included adding more Program events (webinars, etc.), developing more structure in the program, additional follow-up and communication throughout the year, and improving the meeting content.
To that end, we will host a webinar in September for the participants of the 2023-2024 Program. We will also have an event in early 2024 with participants.
